Did this workout last night, it consisted of 6 circuits and clocked in at just under 30 minutes.

I'm no stranger to working out...but this morning my legs are sore, in a good way!  I can really tell it worked them good.
Many people are seeing great effects with these workouts with many pounds and inches lost.  And only 30 minutes per workout!  So efficient!
