Ok, tried out the below drink...I added 2 icecubes and mixed in my Magic Bullet..spicy watermelon slushy!
Actually, it was pretty good! Couldn't taste the pepper, but could definitely feel it!!
Still unable to work out, this is one bad cold. Hoping for tomorrow. I will say, that drink cleared my sinuses!!!
