Did this workout last night, it consisted of 6 circuits and clocked in at just under 30 minutes.

I'm no stranger to working out...but this morning my legs are sore, in a good way!  I can really tell it worked them good.
Many people are seeing great effects with these workouts with many pounds and inches lost.  And only 30 minutes per workout!  So efficient!

My thoughts on Cleanse FX

So, I did the 10 day cleanse with Cleanse FX by Body FX.  This program consisted of taking two capsules in the morning and two in the evening with water, and eating a light healthy diet.

Day 1 I didn't notice too much of a difference, and let me just say that through this whole process..I did not *go* any more than normal.  This isn't a harsh kind of cleanse at all.

Days 2-3 I started to notice that I had pretty much no appetite.  I didn't feel sick or anything, I just didn't feel hungry all the time (and I am typically hungry..  all.the.time).  Any cravings for unhealthy food were totally gone, and when I did eat, I really WANTED to eat healthy food.  Anything sugary, or fried, or processed just did not appeal to me at all.

Day 4--No headaches in the morning.  My mornings typically have to start out with caffeine of some kind to get rid of my withdrawl headaches in the morning.  Well, those headaches stopped!

Days 5-10--All of the above effects, plus an increase in energy, and a general feeling of well being.

This product is not marketed to cause weight loss, just to help kick start it, but I lost 3 pounds.  Many others have lost more, but I don't really need to lose weight, so this is ok by me :)

I'm thrilled with this product, and I love telling others about it, it truly does work!  I am planning on doing this every 2 months or so.

JNL Fusion Shoulder Shredder!

Just got done with this one today...what a great workout!!  Works the shoulders..and the triceps, with weights and with cardio!!  Clocked in at 33 minutes..very tough yet very do-able!!

On the business side, I got my first set of leads and have emailed them.  I received more leads than I thought I would, as the Body FX marketing VP said they would "trickle" in at first.

Very exciting road ahead!!

JNL Fusion Speed and Agility

Finally got to do this workout the other day.  I was getting over my horrible cold and had to modify modify modify!  And that is really easy to do with these workouts!
It was a great workout, only 20 minutes long, but very intense!

The cleanse FX continues to work well.  My appetite has really gone down, and I am not craving "bad" food at all!  I don't have any weight to lose, so I have to make sure I eat enough.  Even though this particular product is not marketed for weight loss, I would say that it does have that effect.

I'm getting more signups every day, this is really a great opportunity and I'm loving it!

Day 5..Cleanse FX

I'm on day 5 of the Cleanse FX, and I can definitely tell that it is working.  My appetite has decreased, and I don't crave unhealthy food!  This is supposed to be used in conjunction with Shake FX, next time I use this I will pair it with the Shake as well.

I have started to receive my leads, and I am very excited!  I am looking forward to helping people meeting their fitness goals..and possibly financial goals as well.  I feel so lucky to be involved with this company!

Finally feeling better!

I received the first of my products, Cleanse FX...I've taken a couple doses of it so far.  It's a 10 day program, supposed to help get your metabolism back on track..and help with cravings, etc.  I'll report on what the effects are.  Too soon to tell right now!  :)

The Never Ending Cold :(

Ok, so I've got the never ending cough..still unable to work out.  Crossing my fingers that I can start up again this weekend!  It's just so annoying :)

So, I've added a couple more people to my growing team...I am so excited!  I also learned last night that I will be able to enroll reps for free...indefinitely!  This is GREAT news to me.  I'm not sure where else anyone would have access to this kind of opportunity with no cost.

Also, since I opted to be a coach in this program, I will be getting leads..and they start TODAY!!!  This is going to be a fun ride for sure  :)

My products have been shipped out, and I am hoping to get those soon so I can begin trying them..very excited about that!!
