Bad Cold, no Workouts, Bummer

The good thing about a bad cough?  It's a GREAT ab workout!  LOL  :)
The bad thing is that I haven't gotten to work out all week long..Boo...I'm feeling better and am finally planning on speed and agility later.  Will post comments about that later.  Have a great day!!

Edit...my husband won't let me work out due to my cough..OK..maybe tomorrow :)
